Zoning and Planning
Bucktown is a Chicago neighborhood bounded by North Avenue to the south, Fullerton to the north, Western to the west and the Chicago River to the east.
Philip Edison
VP Zoning & Planning
The Zoning & Planning Committee meets monthly to review zoning and development proposals affecting the Bucktown neighborhood. As a result, recommendations from the BCO are sent to the City and respective Aldermen. The Committee also undertakes planning initiatives on an as-needed basis in areas such as zoning, parking, signage and historic preservation. The Zoning and Planning Committee seeks residents’ input to address the current needs of the community and welcomes your participation.
